D.J. Cotrona is an American actor and writer from New Haven, Connecticut. He is best known for his role of Flint in G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013), as Noodles in Dear John (2010) and most recently as Super Hero Pedro Peña in DC’s Shazam! (2019). DJ also played Seth in the TV series From Dusk till Dawn (2000-2016). He will reprise his role as Super Hero Pedro Peña in the upcoming sequel Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023?).
